Transportation method for Exxbdz orders
Currently our shipping scope is: United States.
Standard Shipping: The delivery time is 20-30 working days, and we need to charge you a fee of 14.99 USD.
We will choose the shipping carrier used for the purchase address for transportation (USPS, etc.)
1. Ship within 2-3 working days after placing your order.
2. After the goods are shipped, an email with package tracking information will be sent to your email. If the email cannot be found, please check your junk folder, otherwise it may be rejected by your email system. Please contact us.
3. Our orders are usually delivered in 20-30 days (some countries/regions may take longer, if you are unsure, please contact us for inspection). If the package does not arrive on time, you can contact us. Transportation method: The delivery time varies depending on the transportation method. The transportation time depends on your location and the source of the package. The starting point will be sent via customer service email. How Long Does Delivery Take?
Usually shipping takes between 20-30 business days. However, in certain cases, please allow 1-4 weeks for the items to arrive from dispatch. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please send us an email at 644831795@qq.com and we will get back to you within 1 business day. Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
LARGER PIECES
When ready, it will first ship to a delivery hub near you. We’ll email you a tracking number, in case you want to follow the journey to the hub.
Once your prouduct arrives at the delivery hub, they will call you to schedule a delivery within 2-3 business days.
Your box will be delivered curbside. That’s fancy for "the delivery guy won’t bring it inside your house." So make sure you have a friend or two on hand to help out.

**IMPORTANT: If there is an address change after the order ships, there will be an additional charge added on to your order.

If the delivery hub is unable to contact you, you will be responsible for any storage fees incurred beyond their two-day courtesy window.
**IMPORTANT: The freight companies CANNOT take your DELIVERY into your house. All deliveries are CURBSIDE only. Special accommodations for your shipment may be worked out between you and the freight company. Please call us before shipping if you live on a street that an 18 wheeler truck may have a hard time getting to as delivery may not be possible to your curb. For example low hanging power lines, tree branches, not a through street, etc.
