Return & Refund Policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return steps:
Step 1: Please send an email to our customer service representative at 644831795@qq.com Request exchange/return.

Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request, our customer service representative will send you the exchange/return instructions and address via email. Please follow the instructions for exchanging/returning goods. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide some photos as return materials.

Step 3: You will receive a refund or process an exchange order within one week after we receive your package. Once your refund or exchange is processed, we will notify you via email.

For reference only: If your original payment method was credit card, it may take a longer time (possibly 1-2 weeks) for the bank to process the refund.



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards.



Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received, a full refund is required, and the customer is required to mail the goods to the address specified by us (customers need to pay the postage by themselves). Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.



European Union 14 day cooling off period

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.



Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
